I have no idea if 95 even had the DMF floppy option, since microsoft has almost no information regarding Windows 95. I read in the 98 manual that there are DMF floppys that install 98 on systems without CD-ROM support, but I can't find anyone who knows where to find them or even if I can create the setup floppys myself.
